This Privacy Policy explains how the AlgoLumina mobile application (the “App”) and related web services (including dashboards, portals, and the storefront) handle information.

AlgoLumina is developed and operated by A&TD Digital Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Information we process

Mobile App: The App does not require an in-app account and does not request personal data such as your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

Technical data: The App may process limited technical information to maintain security and stability, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic reports.

• App version and basic diagnostic logs
• Crash reports and error traces (where supported by the platform)

Web portals & Storefront: If you use web services (for example, login-protected dashboards, portal pages, subscription flows), we may process limited information needed to provide and protect the service, such as:

• Account identifiers and login/session information
• Subscription status and billing confirmation (where applicable)
• Security logs (e.g., sign-in events, abuse prevention signals)
• Support communications you choose to send to us

2. Purposes of processing

We use information only for the following purposes:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and web services
• Secure the services, prevent abuse, and protect user accounts

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AlgoLumina, including the mobile app, dashboards/portals, and the storefront portal. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be legally permitted to use trading-related software and online services where you are located.
• You represent that you have the authority to connect any third-party accounts (e.g., exchange accounts) that you use with the services.

2. Service scope and updates

• AlgoLumina provides software tools for monitoring, automation, and related functionality.
• Features may evolve over time and may be updated, restricted, paused, or discontinued when needed.
• We may update the services to address security, stability, legal compliance, or operational needs.

3. No financial advice

• AlgoLumina does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Any content, signals, automation, or metrics are informational and technical in nature.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configuration, and risk management.

4. Risk disclosure

• Trading involves risk, including the possibility of significant losses.
• Backtests, simulations, and historical results do not guarantee future performance.
• Technical failures, latency, market conditions, third-party outages, or misconfiguration may affect outcomes.

5. Accounts, credentials, and API keys

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and access tokens.
• You must use appropriate security practices (e.g., strong passwords, 2FA where available).
• You are responsible for any activity performed through your account or connected third-party accounts.

6. Acceptable use

• You must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer prohibited components, or interfere with service infrastructure.
• You must not use the services to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• We may suspend or restrict access to protect security, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Subscriptions and payments

• If subscriptions or paid plans are offered, purchases are handled via the storefront and payment providers.
• Fees, features, and plans may change and will be reflected in the storefront and service notices where appropriate.
• Taxes, exchange fees, and third-party charges (including exchange trading fees) are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

• AlgoLumina branding, websites, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without prior written permission.

9. Availability and third parties

The services may rely on third-party systems (exchanges, hosting providers, messaging platforms, payment processors). Availability is not guaranteed. Interruptions, maintenance, and changes may occur.

10. Service warranty

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of AlgoLumina. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service period (if any), unless law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, policy violations, or legal compliance.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
